Bill N.Y.Town of New Windsor and the Town of Newburgh are both on the NYC aqueduct system. The City of Newburgh is on it's own lake and that's where the problem is.
Unless it's my own well water, I typically only drink bottled water. Poland Spring, Ozark when Mom brings it in from Oklahoma and a few other spring fed brands.
