Since 2011 we have travelled over 55,000 miles in two Barth coaches, to 30 states along with our buddy Reilly. Many of you have seen him over the years.

Sadly he has made his last trip. The cancer made it to his lungs and he died this morning. He turned 18 years old last month. We had many good trips together and he was healthy until the last few days. He had the "Life of Reilly" Thumbs Up

Five years ago at Lenny's in Naples:

Last month at Starke, on the way home:

He always liked being in the coach with us. Things will be a little different from now on.

Oh Steve, what a loss, 18 years is a nice long life. I always wish our pets lived as long as humans.

She'll still be watching over your projects you just won't be able to pet her. Always a tough loss. We'll drink a toast in a couple weeks!

So sorry to hear about Reilly. Such a good kitty,(even tho she bit Kazy). She was probably teasing Reilly and had it coming, but what do I know. Again, very sorry and hope to see you soon.

I don't know why I said she, I know Reilly was a boy. A nice boy with sharp teeth. Just kidding. I know he will be missed, you two took such good care of him. He did definitely have the life of Reilly.

Steve, Liz,
I'm so sorry for your loss.
Pets become a very real part of the family and their departure is equally difficult to endure. Be encouraged and know that grief is normal and it will pass, fond memories and the joy he provided for you however, will continue.

Dick.

When Reilly was younger he loved meeting new people. (Probably figured they were just extra staff at his bidding...) ROTFLMAO

As he got older he realized these newcomers were just a distraction to Liz and I and he was less patient. Then again, he was a spoiled redhead with a temper... ROTFLMAO

Ready for the GTG, see you folks soon! Thumbs Up

Poem For Cats
And God asked the feline spirit
Are you ready to come home?
Oh, yes, quite so, replied the precious soul
And, as a cat, you know I am most able
To decide anything for myself.
Are you coming then? asked God.
Soon, replied the whiskered angel
But I must come slowly
For my human friends are troubled
For you see, they need me, quite certainly.
But don't they understand? Asked God
That you'll never leave them?
That your souls are intertwined. For all eternity?
That nothing is created or destroyed?
It just is....forever and ever and ever.
Eventually they will understand,
Replied the glorious cat
For I will whisper into their hearts
That I am always with them
I just am....forever and ever and ever.

Mary
