Steve at least your pants are up. I think I saw a mosquito with snow shoes on at my house. Blizzard number???? dang I've lost track. Freezing fog/drizzle currently. 3 3/4 hours of blowing Wednesday night. I should have had Lynn take a picture. Ran my electric socks and mittens the whole time. I was covered with snow. I'll try and get one tomorrow night after I blow out yet again.

Whining is a winter sport in Minnesnowta. Normally we are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel............

We had so much rain we are growing fins. Before the last road washes out we are fleeing the country. Switzerland has better weather than this.
R A I N. Really would prefer snow. Or sun. Even fog. Never seen so much flooding in TN.

Uhhh by the way Interstate 40 is shut down at MM 7 in NC due rock slide. Several other small roads also went down the hill.

I'm with Marvin+Doris on growing fins. Seems like it's been raining forever. I need to dry out. Grass and weeds sprouting and can't run the equipment cause it's so wet.

Wish I had a problem as bad as Steve's, makes me miss living in Florida.

The rain finally let up about an hour ago Smiler and the sun has come out Cool, haven't seen it since last Tuesday.

Dana, you just need to give it up and get a place in a warmer climate for winter when you are not hunting Deadhorse

Rain to the south of Iowa, lots of snow here and more up in Minnesnowta, All of it going to flood the Mississippi river when it warms a bit, gonna ruin bass fishing again this year. It has been 2 years since we had an ok spring river fishing season, and like 5 years for a really decent one.

I hope the ST Joe in Elkhart is good in June for the Goshen GTG.

Here in Obion County we have the Obion river that normally flows into the Mighty Mississippi. I said normally, at the present time it is flowing backward because the Mighty Mississippi is now higher than the Obion river. We have much flooding in the area (we are on a bluff so not us) but one of the roads from our house down to Highway 78 is flooded. Highway 78 goes to Dyersburg, TN.

We have 20 acres of LARGE trees so an Ark is one of the possibilities.

Okay I had to get a comparison picture for Steve. I had to get the torch to keep my mix from freezing. No problem keeping the ice cubes from melting. This is an actual photo of me the drink and torch were for fun. Just got done with snowblowing for 3 hours. 8 degrees and 40 mph wind from the north west. Perfect to help me move the snow the right direction. Whiskey was appreciated,

In midmorning the emergency alert system went off telling us to "Shelter in place" all roads in the county closed! Never have I seen in my lifetime before.

We are okay spring will be coming......

Sorry Lynn told me to point out the sun was shining!

Kenny wanted in on the fun.
Quote "I hear ya Steve, that suns been hot here too. Got the pool and plenty of ice but I must have run out of Scotch" Kenny,

A few years back it would have been a picture I would have sent. I hate being cold to much to do that anymore. Kenny hadn't noticed the torch. I wasn't kidding my mix was freezing to the inside of the glass. Guess not enough whiskey?

The Mahoning Valley, or the Rust Belt, has been fine for winter weather. Sometimes it fifteen degrees sometimes it is fifty degrees. If you are hard of hearing like most baby boomers, it just sounds the same 15 or 50. 50 or 15, You can wear a jacket or a winter coat and you will have a 50/50 chance you will be fine. Fine like hair, the stuff that I used to have on my head. It is nice to know that Kenny is proof that the snow you saw is really a spoof.
