For Sale: My Brother acquired and saved this '84 MMC 35 foot diesel Regency and repaired everything. The data page in Barth Records is 81050012A and the owner is listed as DK. He has no computer so big brother is listing this for him. This, like all MCC coaches, has the DD 8.2L engine. This one is working fine and has had the valves adjusted and never run hot or missed a maintenance schedule. It has broken two rear end pinions (a common problem but a long story) so he had a custom one built to solve the issue. It was made and shipped to be installed but he never got around to it before he inherited a 2000 39XL Land Yacht Airstream. That's why the sale. All the appliances, gasoline generator, ac's, etc work and engine is in tip-top shape. The two front tires are new Michelins, the rears are at 80% tread and vary from 3 to five years in age. No tire punctures or patches on any. There are no leaks or damage to any walls or ceiling. The buyer will receive the new ring and pinion ($2100.00 cost) and the entire manuals etc. This is offered at $4,500 including the new rear end parts. It will have to be repaired on site or towed/carted away. The lease building in which it has been stored for the winter is being sold. This is located in Buffalo NY. Call Dale at (716) 861 2314. HE NEEDS TO MOVE THIS QUICKLY, hopefully within a week. Make an Offer!
