RustyI never have because dogs are forbidden (reason: 19 years ago someone had dogs that barked). It's a dust bowl, too.

Been to Sanderson, Fort Stockton and stayed at Balmorhea State Park and likely will be there in November. If you ever get the chance to explore the Davis Mtns and Big Bend area, TAKE IT.
The area was supposed to be the setting for the movie "No Country For Old Men", if you remember the backdrop for the story you know what I mean.
