Looks like vacuum lines... Check your A/C control switch.

Bill is correct. Those are the actuator lines to the dash air/heater vacuum motors that move the flaps on the heater system. They get vacuum from your pump (if diesel) or the engine, if a gasser. They plug into the back of the ac switch. There is one more with two hoses that also connect to another port.

A/C HVAC Vacuum lines in Dash

FYI: I just spent several hours working on this vacuum plug on my 1984 P32 chassis. My plug had broken and I couldn't figure out which colored vacuum lines went where. SO HERE IT IS!!!

Let's call the top row of 4 holes "A",
A1, A2, A3, A4
Let's call the bottom row of 3 holes, "B"
B1, B2, B3

A1 is the Blue vacuum line
A2 is the Red vacuum line
B1 is the White vacuum line
B2 is the Black vacuum line

A3,A4,& B3 are not used.

The control unit is from a 1980's MOPAR vehicle.
Double check the unit as some had "BILEVEL" and some did not. Some, you pulled out the "AC" switch for vent. Be sure yours matches.
