I have an 86 Regal. According to the VIN, it should be a Chevrolet P30 Chassis. Does anyone know if I can buy P30 parts, or were there special cases for these units? I've seen references to a P32 on the site, but that's not something I can readily find a reference to in most parts searches.

Rockauto.com or PartsGeek.com have a lot of parts for the P30, most of my repair parts come from them. If it is old stock you can get good prices too. However O'Reilley auto parts has a good selection also and can usually get them sooner. All the retail auto stores have some of the parts. Mostly under the P30 tag.

Best solution for me was picking the parts store with older experienced counter folks, with knowledge and caring of our plight. For me that was O'Reilly.
