Been looking at a '91 Breakaway's build sheet that appears to be very similar to my '92. Listed is a steering column that is "Tilt and Telescoping". Ok, the tilt was simple to figure and wonderfully, the old style tilt that actually tilts. But for the life of me I could not figure the telescoping. I even removed the column plastic covers looking for a "telescoping adjustment". Today, I was engaged in virtual driving and drowning my sorrows (in my driveway) that winterization day had arrived when I noticed the horn button's Spartan insignia was not aligned with the wheel. Being three beers in I figured I could forcibly straighten it by twisting the horn base. Low and be hold out popped the wheel. No more hitting my head on the TV cabinet. Gave myself a toast in the rear view mirror. cheers
