Here is what replaced it.

What I did was get rid of the possibility for drain and failure of the house power solenoid and the jumper(coach to house) solenoid . I installed a duel master switch that would be intended to switch from one to the other battery or off or both. What I hooked it up to do is…….
• Position 1 is House power connected
• Straight up is OFF
• Position 2 will jump the Coach batteries off the House batteries.
• Bottom Position will run the House off the Coach batteries.

1. I also got rid of air conditioner fan relay as the entire rest of the system has been removed. Fan’s, condenser, evaporator, compressor and about 1000 pounds of hose. I left one piece of hose in place as I went into the black abyss above the tanks and would make a great way to snake a wire or 2 if ever needed.

I also installed a master shut-off on the Coach Motor Batteries also.

I used the wires that ran to the master 12 volt switch to hook-up a 12 volt lighter socket in place of that switch. This will be used with a double USB insert to have a charging station for all of the number of things that charge off USB. Hero camera, wireless remote, battery backpack, LCD backpack, I-pod, I-Pad II ect……….

I have also installed one of the USB plugs in the Closet that had a 12 volt socket for using the TV on 12 volt. I can also charge items there. I also have a 400 watt inverter located there if needed to run the TV off 12 volt. I can also use the USB plugs on the 4 socket 12 volt at the front console.

Also replaced the glass fuses with the new fuse block. I have room for a few more circuits if needed.

Here is the new Transfer switch installed last week.

Electrical projects for the moment completed.

These are not anywhere near as complex and Fun as Ed and Steve's projects of late.

Ed enjoy Alaska and Steve and the rest of you enjoy Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills. Richard and Bill Goodwin enjoy the Samboree!

Check out all the way back to page one starting with Ed's picture of the engine compartment electrical panel. I eliminated the jumper and the house power solenoid.
