Seems my filler hose had a slight dip in it. Over the years the gas started to come through the rubber. Put a new line on and secured it away from the shackle.

Well I hope it does better. At $100 for a 3' hose I could of filled up the tank. Oh well, don't think I've put gas in her in a couple of years.
