exhaust pipe replacement
There is a pipe between the manifold and the muffler, very short and bent at a 90 degree angle. My mechanic noticed to holes in it but was unable to find a replacement. He welded the two holes shut and said it would last a couple of years. Anyone have any idea where I could get a replacement?

Many muffler shops have pipe bending equipment and can custom make almost any configuration.

I agree with Dick Dubbs, my exhaust system was in bad shape, a local pipe shop ordered new mufflers and made all the pipes in house, not cheap, but it sure looks and sounds good. They did reuse those that were in good shape, saved a few bucks.

I don't think you will find an exact replacement. I did replace mine with 4" all the way from the turbo to the bumper, I am blessed that I can do this. I also replaced the muffler with a 4"X18" glass pack. It is louder outside but noticed no difference inside driving.

I also replaced the manifold with a two piece design, this will be number 4 manifold. Lots of shrinkage with the OEM manifolds so I thought I would try this one. Flows a lot better, did notice an increase in torque but at 20K lbs wouldn't call it a hot rod, HaHa
