Susan, your 8.2 is either a 205 hp or a 230 hp. my 83 regency is 205 horse. not sure when they upgraded to 230 but i suspect yours is 205 yet also.

The 205HP engine is rated at 430 ft.lbs. of Torque at 1700RPM's. Anybody have the Torque figures for the 230HP engine?
