I have a 1982 Barth MCC. It has an HWH leveling system. Does anyone know the capacity of the fluid reservoir?

I am not sure of the capacity. Basically it must contain enough fluid to allow the pump to be able to fully extend all the jacks without sucking air. If it is too full fluid will run out when the jacks are all retracted and the fluid returns to the reservoir.

If all the jacks are retracted, fill the reservoir almost full and it will be good.

All coaches do not have the same size leveling jacks. I suspect you want to know how much fluid to purchase. It is also a good idea if your are draining to have a drain pan large enough to hold all of the old fluid.
If the tank is rectangular, measure the length, width and height. Multiply the measurements to get cubic inches. Divide the total of the three multipliers by 231 and you will get gallons. You can then divide the gallons by four to get the total quarts you need.
Example 14"x6"x8"=672 Divided by 231 = 2.9 gallons completely full. I would buy 12 quarts in this case. There may be some air in the jacks themselves that may bleed out. There is also air at the top of the tank, so you can reduce the height by ½" or so.
