As I said on another thread, I had a little leak from the pump when it shut off. Tightened the screws on the impellor cover, reinstalled, and had leaks all around the thing. 70 bucks includes shipping from PPL. 80 plus tax around here. It's on the way.
BTW, the plastic thing is a backflow preventer. I just used some more teflon and it's fine.
