Has anyone taken out their dash and reinstalled it?

The real question is how to remove the radiator from this unit. Right now, I’m toying with the idea that the easiest way to remove the radiator might be to remove the dash (well the dash panel closest to the windshield). This is on the P30 chassis with a Front end Diesel. The radiator is wider that the rails and bigger than the front engine access door.

I'm looking for ideas on how to remove the radiator.

In other posts, one radiator removal method was a “high lift” to set the unit on jack stands and then to drop the radiator between the front rails. A second method appears to be maneuvering the radiator over top of the engine and out through the dog house. Neither option looks like it will work.

I would like your thoughts/ wisdom/ experiences before I start.
