I am installing vinyl plank flooring and need some ideas on trimming around the entry door step and floor hatch for batteries because they are in front of each other and was originally carpet, Has anyone had the same issue? I am going to do the lower step and side wall in a coin floor material on the inside of the step

Can you show us some pictures? I have found some neat tricks doing the floor in my Airstream.
