With all I am working on I finally got the TV installation finished. I am very happy with the results. I am not a big TV watcher but I have wanted to get the old TV out as I knew I could reduce the protrusion and get much greater viability while driving. Furthermore, I would save weight and reduce the power consumption with the new LED/LCD TV.

Nice job (as usual) Thumbs Up

I'm very happy with my TV upgrade also. Nice to get rid of the bulky cabinet.

I took a slightly different approach, wanting my TV to extend and tilt. It has the advantage of allowing the TV to be out of its cocoon for better cooling.

As was mentioned in the last post, I did install Solstice 3B PC "Studio Monitor" speakers. I bought these 3½" guys online for $9; I later found MRSP was $170. They're pretty good!
