Has anyone thought about converting their baby into a mobile food truck?

you probably fair better pulling a trailer for that, but I know a guy that makes good money selling funnel cake out of his converted bus. BUT you never can go back to a MH, smells, grease etc.

We were wandering the 2 lanes highways of north Florida somewhere west of Jacksonville and came across a derelict glassnose that had been converted to a food truck at some point. That was about 6 or 7 years ago and we were on our way to Steinhatchee to look at a 1990 Regal that was for sale. I remember we then went on to look at a Breakaway in Clearwater.
Wonder if it is still sitting by the roadside out that way?
