I am thinking about converting the Barth to Amber turn signal any thoughts?

Assembly: Monarch 5129 SAE-A1P2RST-1

You can replace the RED lense with AMBER

GROTE:

90742 RED
90752 RED w/REVERSE
90743 AMBER

Should be able to get these at NAPA.

There is an AIRSTREAM upgrade to LED.

Also Check:

*PPL
*Vintage Trailer Supply
*Vintage Campers
*Tail Light King
*EBAY

There are a few different options you can consider.

Unfortunately... since the tail lights are set up as:

1 Set are Parking and BRAKE
1 Set are Parking and TURN

...you would need to disconnect the *parking light* aspect of the TURN SIGNAL Set, other wise you would be driving down the road with one RED and one AMBER parking light.
