Sounds reasonable to me. One can NEVER put a price on something have not seen in person.

Keep in mind many parks do not have sites long enough for a 40 foot coach.

I had an 86 for ten years of full time living, this thing is built like a tank, all steel about 44.000 lbs.300 gal. fuel tank. etc.Now in my little toaster and love it.
