All too common, even when they spend a quarter million bucks. http://www.charlotteobserver.c...rticle211157969.html

You're so right, Danny. Why spend 1/4 mil on a piece of junk, when you can buy a Barth and spend 50K having somebody restore it?

Here is a Barth Regency that has already been restored. I would guess that the owner has already been invested nearly 50K.
I also want to mention that this Breakaway does not need anything presently, but someone that will enjoy its value and character.
There is real value in Barth, and also to mention the value of our community. Thank you Superman Bill NY. Salute

Both fine coaches for sure. The 2 main problems are that a lot of people will think they can't get anything decent for under 30 G, and a lot of people are convinced that you can't live without a slide-out. We have a local lot that would put either of these coaches out for 65 to 70 G and get it. They have 10 year old Coachman class Cs with 49,500 on the windshield, and that ain't the milage pal!

Both fine examples of what I was talking about.
